Privacy Policy

What we process on our servers: login identity, workspace settings, user-authored rules and flowcharts, support messages, and billing metadata.

Manual mode stays client-side by design: broker API keys and session tokens (browser memory / encrypted IndexedDB), direct broker WebSocket market data, and order payloads you confirm. In automation mode, your broker token is held only inside your isolated execution sandbox, encrypted at rest, never readable by View Market or other workspaces, and deleted when you disconnect. Our backend provides authentication, storage of your rules, sandboxed compute, and an educational assistant — with zero central tick relay and zero order routing outside your own sandbox.

• Account data: name, email, workspace preferences, auth logs.
• Content you create: strategies, conditions, optimisation parameters, chat prompts.
• Billing data: plan, invoices, and payment metadata processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
• Diagnostic data: crash logs, feature usage aggregates, and security events.

• Broker credentials or session tokens entered for direct client-to-broker connections in manual mode — automation-mode tokens stay isolated inside your own sandbox.
• Live tick-by-tick market data — charts stream directly from your broker to your browser.
• Demat holdings, bank balances, or order history beyond what you explicitly paste into support tickets.

We use data to operate the workspace, bill for SaaS and compute usage, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data, do not share strategies across workspaces, and do not use your private rules to train shared models.

Retention is limited to account life plus statutory billing and security-log periods. Delete your workspace to remove authored content; backups expire on rotation. Support correspondence may be retained for dispute resolution.

• Withdraw consent for optional analytics and marketing at any time.
• Nominate or request grievance redressal — we respond within statutory timelines.
• Export your authored rules in portable formats before closure.
