2. Billing and Renewal
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle and renew automatically until canceled. Charges are processed by third-party payment providers using the payment method you authorize at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining valid billing details and ensuring sufficient funds for successful renewal. If payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend paid access until billing is resolved. 3. Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support, and cancellation stops future renewals after the current billing period ends. Canceling does not reverse or refund charges already processed for the active period. Access to paid features may continue through the paid-through date, after which account capabilities revert to the available non-paid experience. Any retained account data remains subject to our Privacy Policy and legal retention obligations. If you reactivate later, the new subscription begins under the pricing and terms in effect at the time of reactivation.
4. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us promptly with transaction details so we can investigate. We review legitimate billing disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe based on case complexity. Opening a chargeback without first contacting support can result in temporary or permanent account restrictions while the matter is reviewed. Repeated abusive payment disputes may lead to account termination and collection activity for unpaid balances where legally permitted. Resolution outcomes follow payment network rules, platform records, and applicable law.
5. User Responsibility Before Purchase
Before subscribing, you are responsible for evaluating whether the service meets your needs and technical setup. This includes verifying broker support, confirming API access requirements, and reviewing platform limitations. View Market provides software tools and does not guarantee strategy performance, trading profitability, or uninterrupted third-party connectivity. Subscription fees cover access to the platform environment and related features, not financial outcomes. Purchasing a plan indicates you made an informed decision based on your own evaluation.
6. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect operational, legal, or pricing process changes. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Changes generally apply prospectively unless law requires a different treatment. Continued use of paid services after a policy update indicates acceptance of the revised terms. Archived billing records may remain governed by the terms in effect at the time the transaction occurred, where legally applicable.
