Broker Integration Disclaimer
Last Updated: March 1, 2026
1. Integration Scope
Broker integrations in View Market are connectivity features that allow you to link external broker accounts to the platform for your own workflow. View Market is not your broker and does not replace broker account agreements, regulatory disclosures, or execution infrastructure. Support for any broker can vary over time due to API changes, provider policies, and jurisdiction-specific restrictions. Availability of integration options does not imply endorsement of a broker’s quality, reliability, or suitability. You are responsible for determining whether a broker and its API terms are appropriate for your specific use case.
2. Data and Execution Path
Broker-connected workflows depend on third-party systems for data transport, order routing, execution acknowledgements, and account state updates. View Market does not guarantee data freshness, fill quality, or continuity of broker API responses. Delays, rejected requests, duplicate events, disconnects, and rate-limit behavior can occur at any stage of the execution lifecycle. You must monitor live activity and apply safeguards appropriate for automated systems, including position limits and kill-switch logic where available.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the configuration of strategy parameters, account permissions, risk limits, and broker-side order controls associated with connected accounts. You must secure your credentials, review broker notices, and validate settings before enabling automation. Any order generation, modification, or cancellation activity tied to your account remains your responsibility, including downstream financial consequences. View Market cannot supervise or pre-approve each action taken through your integration context. Use of integrations signifies that you understand and accept these obligations.
4. No Endorsement and No Agency
View Market does not act as agent, representative, or counterparty for broker transactions and does not provide brokerage customer support functions. We do not control broker terms, exchange fees, margin rules, liquidation logic, or compliance restrictions imposed on your account. Listing a broker integration does not indicate any exclusive partnership, performance guarantee, or legal agency relationship. Your contractual rights and remedies regarding trade execution are governed by your broker agreements, not by this platform.
5. Risk and Liability Limits
Integrated trading environments carry material risk, including API downtime, malformed responses, stale account state, and volatile market conditions that can amplify strategy error. View Market is not liable for losses resulting from broker outages, rejected orders, delayed updates, data mismatches, or user configuration mistakes. Platform tools are provided on an "as available" basis and do not guarantee any execution outcome, account protection level, or financial result. You should maintain independent controls and operational checks before and during live deployment.
6. Changes to Integrations
Broker integrations may be modified, limited, or removed as product capabilities and third-party dependencies change. We may publish notices for significant integration changes, but not all provider-side changes can be predicted in advance. You should review integration status and conduct periodic validation before relying on automation in production. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised integration behavior and applicable legal terms.
